Update From My Foster Home

Derby is a fence jumper of anything under 5 feet. He is fully trained on the E-fence.

We have discovered that Derby is VERY calm in the house when there are no other dogs encouraging play. He is hyper when outside. He used to jump on us a lot in greeting, but that is down by 90% now - Hope to get it to a 100% "NO JUMP".

We have not exposed Darby to toddlers, as none have been to our place yet. However, I would completely trust Darby around a toddler. He has been around smaller children and is a little aloof towards them.

In the past week Darby has left ALL 3 of our cats alone. He is extremely trainable. Super easy to train. When outdoors, Derby needs a job! He will pace looking for something to sniff and track/point if left to his own for too long.

Derby can NOT deviate from his regular diet. He has a sensitive tummy to any change on food.
